Abstract:
Occurence data of plants in the federal state of Hamburg collated to grid cells. The original data was provided by Kerstin Kreft (City of Hamburg) as an Acess database. The database contains more information on the extent and area of certain biotope types. This info is not included here. The data was harmonized to similar date structures as well as to a common taxonomy across all plant datasets. The taxonomy was standardized according to the taxonomic backbone of The Plant List via the R function TPL() from the package Taxonstand. A script to derive the present dataset is given as a freeformat file to this dataset. Moreover, the full list of entries is given as a .rds file for processing in R.
