Abstract:
The dataset presented here is only a exemplary excerpt from the full list of plant species occurrences per Grid cell in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. It is derived from the floraMV given to David Eichenberg by Florian Jansen in November 2017. The taxonomy was standardized via the R-function TPL (package Taxonstand) agains the taxonomy in The Plant List and only entries from the kingdom ("Viridiplantae; source: NCBI tax. backbone) were retained in the dataset. The script to derive the present dataset is included in this dataset as a freefromat file. In addition, the full list of plant species occurrences (only from the Kingdom Viridiplantae) per Gridcell in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern is also included as a freefromat file (.rds) as a freeformat file here for processing in R.
