Abstract:
The dataset was generated in June 2017, at the BEF-China experimental site in Xingangshan, Jiangxi Province. In this study, arboreal spiders were collected from 55 sample plots using the branch beating method, and prey in the spider gut were detected using metabarcoding to further construct spider-prey interactions networks. This study combines tree and spider diversity to analyse their relationship with spider prey diversity and spider-prey network structure.
