Abstract:
To test the effect of diversity on stand productivity, in summer 2018 and 2012 we measure the diameter at breast height (DBH) of alI individuals with a DBH of at least 10 cm. In 2012, we also measured the height (parallel to the stem if the tree was leaning) of the same trees with a hypsometer (Vertex III, Haglöf AB, Sweden).
Design:
In 2008, 27 plots were established. The size of each plot was 30 m x 30 m. We marked all trees with a DBH of at least 10 cm and monitor their growth in 2008 and 2012.
