Abstract:
This helpfile contains a list of packages that might become useful during the analysis of data in the workshop. It automatizes the download of the libraries on the computer of the user and specifies some handy customized functions for data analysis.
To easily source this file in R download the freeformat file atteched to this dataset to your desired directory, open it in an editor of your coice (e.g. R-Studio) and execute the commands line by line.
Alternatively, for an automatic execution of all commands in the file use the following command in R or your preferred editor:
