Abstract:
Occurence of odonata in the federal State of Nordrhein-Westfalen. The data are aggregated from an original file supplied from Klaus-Jürgen Conze and Dominik Jablotschkin with data on minimum abundances in raster quadrants (MTB_Q). The present excel-file is just a part of the full dataset,which is added as a freeformat file to this dataset (see below). The script that was used to process the data available as an Excel-file (owned by K-J Conze and D. The dataset is compiled from a database available to D. Jablotschkin at the Ruhr Universität Bochum. Sampling followed a mixed design, some further details are given in the dataset in the column "Projektname" of the raw data.

In this case it is a minimum extimate of abundance, as it is the lower boundary of abundance classes (e.g. class 5-10 is converted to 5). Hence, this is a minimum estimate of living individuals of the taxon in the respective MTB_Q.
