This guide aims at providing a concise and user-centred overview on how to find a special dataset or identify datasets containing the relevant information for the analysis one is to carry out.
All instances of search options will be discussed, starting from very basic search tools (like the “Search” toolbar) as well as most of the possible links and backlinks that will lead the user to a certain dataset of interest. Moreover, more detailed and purposeful dataset inquiries will make use of the in-depth search instances of the Data Portal will be discussed in detail using an exemplary seach.
