Abstract:
This data belongs to Dr. Forest's task T2.1a on objective thermal comfort. It includes forest measures of eight sites (Bialowieza, BIOTREE, FORBIO Hechtel-Eksel + Gedinne + Zedelgem, Hainich, ORPHEE and TREEWEB) sampled during August/September 2020, except for ORPHEE, which was sampled in May 2021. In total, 131 forest plots (only 1- and 3-species) and 16 control plots (2 per site) were sampled, with controls represented by nearby open fields. See fieldwork protocol for more details!
