Abstract:
Soil samples for microbial biomass analyses were taken during the 2017 SoilForEUROPE field sampling campaign. Our aim to determinate microbial biomass within soil for Europe soil plots. This dataframe was processed by using the PLFA method and contain the bacterial and fungal biomass across in 64 plots of SoilForEurope.

For each plot, 5 soil cores were taken to a depth of 10 cm of the mineral soil for each of the respective five subplots ("tree triplets").
