Abstract:
Soil samples for fungal analyses were taken during the 2017 SoilForEUROPE field sampling campaign. Our aim to determinate fungal diversity and community composition within soil for Europe soil plots. This dataframe was processed by Illumina MiSeq sequecing technology and contain the fungal abundances, their assign taxonomy and functionality in terms of trophic modes and guilds across in 64 plots of SoilForEurope.
