Biotree, Kaltenborn, Thuringia, Germany, Method for tree height: vertical height, i.e. not stem length; Method for stem diameter: diameter (mean of 2 directions or calculated from measured circumference), basal diameter was measured at 30 cm or 10 cm from the ground; Corwn parameters: Crown height: Height of first regular branch that is alive; crown diameter parallel: maximum diameter along planting row, crown radius across: maximum diameter vertical to planting row. Trees with the same TreeID are either two individuals planted were only one was needed, or are mutlistemmed individuals (see "notes").
